SHIPPING

All orders placed before 16.00 Monday to Friday will be processed on the same day.  Our deliveries are based on UK Mainland only.  If deliveries are outside this please contact the office for further details.

All deliveries timescales are estimates and are based on information from our suppliers and met 95% of the time.  For quicker and guaranteed slots please contact the office on 0808 1684 420.

For orders under £100 + VAT, a £20 + VAT delivery charge will be applied. 

Product samples or materials cannot be delivered to a residential address. Commercial addresses only.

Be aware not all delivery vehicles will be equipped with a tail lift to move large pallets. 

Deliveries are made to the kerb only and the buyer is responsible for all handling of materials from this point forward.

Refusal of delivery unless goods are faulty or damaged will incur a redelivery charge.

Missing a delivery will incur a redelivery charge.

RETURNS POLICY

Business customers
The prices we offer are as competitive as possible.  With that in mind we are unable to offer a free return policy.  A collection charge of £50 nationwide & a 30% restocking fee of the total price excluding VAT will be applied to any business returns. This returns policy is valid for 30 days from delivery of the goods.



Residential customers
The focus of our products are for businesses but we understand that a few of our customers maybe residential.  These customers get a 14 day statutory return policy without charge.  The only costs are collection and return to our London warehouse.  The goods have to be returned without use or damage and able to be resold by us.
